Gateway Nutrition Solutions, LLC was born from the lived experience of its founder, Austin Thomas Kahari, MS, RDN, CSR, LDN. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs who treated employees like their own, Austin learned early that people are the heart of every business — and that caring for them is both a moral responsibility and a practical necessity.

Her faith and passion for nutrition didn’t just guide her career; they played a profound role in her own healing. Through her personal journey, she learned how deeply food, lifestyle, and purpose shape a person’s health — and how life‑changing it can be when someone finally receives guidance that is both clinically sound and compassionately delivered.

Driven by this calling, Austin created Gateway as a place where individuals and blue‑collar employers could access nutrition care that is practical, evidence‑based, and genuinely supportive. Today, she leads a team of dietitians and nutrition coaches who share her values and her commitment to whole‑person health.Together, they serve individuals across the US but with roots in Northeast Pennsylvania.
